- Assemble Skewers: Using the 4-inch skewers, alternate the ingredients—charcuterie meats, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella pearls, artichoke hearts, Kamala olives, green olives, cheese tortellini, and fresh basil—until each skewer is filled.
