Instructions
- Prepare Vegetables: Wash the potatoes and red pepper thoroughly and set aside. Peel the onion and set aside as well.
- Slice Kielbasa: Open the package of kielbasa and slice into thin 1/8 inch coin shapes with a serrated knife. Place the slices directly into the air fryer basket.
- Chop Vegetables: Chop the potatoes, onion, and red pepper into bite-sized pieces. Add these to the air fryer basket with the kielbasa. Spray with olive oil spray and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Season: Sprinkle garlic salt, seasoned salt, and seasoned pepper over the kielbasa and vegetables. Toss lightly again to distribute the seasonings.
- Add BBQ Sauces: Drizzle both BBQ sauces over the sausage and vegetables in the air fryer basket.
- Start Cooking: Set the air fryer temperature to 350°F (175°C) and cook for a total of 15 minutes. Halfway through cooking (7-8 minutes), stop the air fryer, turn the kielbasa and vegetables to ensure even cooking, then resume.
- Continue Cooking: After the initial 15 minutes, stir or turn the mixture again and set the air fryer for an additional 10 minutes. Stop halfway through this cooking time to turn the ingredients again for even browning.
- Finish and Serve: When cooking completes, stir once more and drizzle an extra bit of BBQ sauce to taste. Serve the dish hot, plated or in bowls.
