Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add the fresh parsley, cilantro, olive oil, red wine vinegar, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes into a food processor. Pulse several times until the mixture reaches your desired consistency, whether slightly chunky or smooth.
