Instructions
- Make the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted unsalted butter in a small bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Form the Base: Spoon about 1–2 tablespoons of the crust mixture into each small dessert cup or jar. Press down gently with the back of a spoon or your fingers to form an even, compact layer at the bottom.
- Prepare the Cream Cheese: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.
- Add Filling Ingredients: To the cream cheese, add the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest. Beat all ingredients together until fully combined and smooth.
