Description

This refreshing Raspberry Mango Daiquiris recipe combines the vibrant flavors of fresh raspberries and sweet mangoes blended with white rum, lemon juice, and agave syrup. Served layered and garnished with mint sprigs, this cocktail is perfect for summer gatherings or a tropical treat.

Ingredients

Scale

Raspberry Daiquiri

  • ½ Pound raspberries
  • ¼ Cup agave syrup
  • ¼ Cup lemon juice
  • â…“ Cup white rum
  • 1 ½ Cups ice

Mango Daiquiri

  • ½ Pound mango
  • ¼ Cup lemon juice
  • â…“ Cup white rum
  • 1 Cup ice

Garnish

  • Mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Raspberry Daiquiri: Add the raspberries, agave syrup, lemon juice, white rum, and ice to the glass of a blender. Pulse the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth consistency. Pour the blended mixture into a pitcher and set it aside.
  2. Prepare the Mango Daiquiri: Rinse and dry the blender to avoid mixing flavors. Then add the mango, lemon juice, white rum, and ice. Blend the ingredients until smooth, creating the mango daiquiri.
  3. Layer the Drinks: Pour the raspberry daiquiri into each glass, filling them halfway. Then, very slowly pour the mango daiquiri on top of the raspberry layer to create a beautiful layered effect.
  4. Serve and Garnish: Repeat the layering process with the remainder of the glasses. Finally, garnish each glass with a fresh mint sprig and serve immediately to enjoy the freshest flavors.

Notes

  • Use ripe, fresh fruit for the best flavor and natural sweetness.
  • Adjust the amount of agave syrup based on your preferred sweetness.
  • To create a frozen texture, blend longer or use crushed ice.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute the rum with sparkling water or soda.
  • Serve immediately to preserve the layered look and fresh taste.
