Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350º F (175º C) to ensure it’s at the perfect temperature for baking the cookies evenly.
- Mix Ingredients: In a standing mixer, combine the white cake mix, vegetable oil, white chocolate extract, and 2 eggs. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated and a smooth dough forms.
- Portion Dough: Using a 1 tablespoon cookie scooper, scoop out portions of dough and shape each into a ball with your hands for uniform size.
- Coat with Sugar: Pour white sanding sugar into a bowl. Roll each cookie dough ball thoroughly in the sanding sugar to give them a sparkly, crinkled finish after baking.
