Ingredients
Scale
Pizza Dough
- 8 Rhodes Frozen Dough Dinner Rolls (thawed and slightly risen)
Toppings
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 4 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 16 slices pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 400º F (204º C). Lightly grease a sheet pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Shape the Dough: Gently take two of the thawed, slightly risen dinner rolls and press or stretch them together by hand to form a round pizza crust approximately 4 to 5 inches in diameter. Place each crust onto the greased sheet pan. Repeat this process to make 4 individual pizza crusts on the pan.
- Add Sauce and Toppings: Evenly divide the 1/4 cup of pizza sauce among the four crusts, spreading the sauce over each crust’s surface. Place one slice of provolone or mozzarella cheese on each pizza, then top each with 4 slices of pepperoni.
- Bake the Pizzas: Transfer the sheet pan to the preheated oven and bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Bake until the dough turns slightly golden and the cheese melts and bubbles.
- Rest and Serve: Remove the pizzas from the oven and allow them to rest briefly to set before serving. Enjoy your personal-sized pizzas hot and fresh.
Notes
- Ensure the dinner rolls are thawed and slightly risen for best dough stretching and texture.
- You can substitute the pepperoni with any preferred toppings such as veggies or sausage.
- Feel free to use either provolone or mozzarella, depending on your cheese preference.
- Cooking times may vary slightly depending on your oven; check for a golden crust and bubbly cheese as indicators.
- For a crispier crust, you can bake a couple of minutes longer but monitor closely to avoid burning.
